1.1 Access to and use of the bdt995 platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

1.2 bdt995 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address (Know Your Customer, or "KYC" documentation) at any point. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

1.3 Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the bdt995 platform. It is the player's exclusive responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction prior to registration.

2.1 Each individual may register one account only. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, household, IP address, or device may be merged or terminated at bdt995's sole discretion, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility.

2.4 bdt995 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any other conduct that bdt995 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.

3.1 bdt995 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for local mobile banking methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposit thresholds are published on the deposit page and may vary based on network conditions.

3.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

3.3 bdt995 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to on-chain network fees which are the player's responsibility.

5.1 bdt995 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. 5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a player's bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting the wagering requirement will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

8.1 All content on the bdt995 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game software, interface design, and underlying code — is the property of bdt995 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bdt995 platform without our prior written consent.

9.4 bdt995 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider downtime, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

11.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt995 is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 In the event of a dispute between you and bdt995, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. bdt995 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.

11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

12.1 bdt995 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

12.2 Your continued use of the bdt995 platform after any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
